Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services, software services or any others IT services must be made at least 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
Gensplore Infotech Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the account at any time with or without notice.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 7 days from the date of installation of the Project. The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us.
There are no refunds on Dedicated Servers, VPS, Cloud Servers, Administrative Fees, Install or License fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account
Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy. Gensplore Infotech Private Limited reserves the right to reject any type of refund request with or without reason.
